What’s new in Street? March 2022 Development Update [Part One]

Head of Product

With the arrival of March, along comes the official start of Spring, and the sense of being out with the old and in with the new. Speaking of new things, our development team has been working on some exciting updates recently. Here’s the lowdown…

Book viewings online directly from an agent’s website

Applicants can now book viewings online directly from property pages on an agency’s website. Street.co.uk can be hooked up to agency websites, enabling applicants to self-qualify and book in a viewing if they’re suitable. If the applicant also has a property to sell, they can go on to book in a valuation without speaking to an agent, meaning you’re open 24/7.

New enquiries reports

We built Street.co.uk to empower agencies and maximise the potential of agents. Enter: our new enquiries report. This report lets agents track how they are performing, and in particular how they are dealing with incoming enquiries. Agents can view statistics across the company, branch, and individual team members, including the total number of enquiries, the average time to close an enquiry, any conversions of enquiries to viewings, and conversions of enquiries to offers.

Notifications if a sales applicant has a property in an agent’s patch

Street.co.uk is a highly intelligent system. Actually, it’s one of the smartest available. Now when you onboard an applicant with a property to sell, Street.co.uk flags up if the property is in an agent’s patch. Once the applicant has been added, you can easily filter by ‘Property to Sell - in my area' on the Sales Applicants table - providing you with a hotlist of leads to help build a chain…

Revised sales offers

We have also made it even easier to adjust offers in our system. Previously, if an applicant wanted to adjust their offer on a property, agents would first have to withdraw it before creating a new one. Now, an agent can revise the offer instead - automatically notifying both applicant and vendor of the change in offer.

And that’s the end of another two great weeks for the Street.co.uk development team - proving that we’re one of the fastest developing CRMs in this space.
